Mobile emergency call system with app control
The modern emergency call system consists of an intelligent emergency call bracelet and a user-friendly app for iOS and Android. You configure the device and set individual alert chains via the app.
Subsidy possible through care insurance
If a care level is present, the costs for the emergency call bracelet can be fully or partially covered by the care insurance. Home emergency call systems are often subsidized as technical aids to increase safety in everyday life.

Reliable SOS emergency call function
The emergency call bracelet features an easily accessible SOS button that can be configured for up to three phone numbers. This allows quick help to be requested in an emergency.
Simple and user-friendly operation
Operation is via clearly visible and tactile buttons – without a complicated display. A multicolored LED shows the current device status.
Phone function with hands-free
Stored phone numbers can be called directly via a separate button. The integrated hands-free function ensures clear voice quality.
Precise GPS tracking and location determination
Location tracking is done via:
- GPS
- Wi-Fi (WiFi)
- 4G mobile network
This enables reliable location information both indoors and outdoors.
Long battery life
The powerful battery allows for use of two to three days – depending on usage and location. Charging is conveniently done via the magnetic charging station or the magnetic charging cable.
Waterproof and robust housing
The IP67 protection class reliably protects the bracelet from water and external influences. The robust housing and silicone bracelet make the device particularly durable and easy to care for.

Voluntary alarm via SOS button
The SOS button allows manual triggering of an alarm. SMS notifications or phone alerts can be set up for up to three stored phone numbers.
Automatic fall detection
The SeniorTel Emergency Call Bracelet 3 automatically detects falls and notifies stored contacts via SMS and call.
If a fall is detected, for example by an impact or sudden stop, the device automatically triggers an alarm. False alarms can be canceled by pressing the call button.
Location function

- activation of the SIM card for a one-time fee of €9.90 including 19% VAT
- setup/programming for a one-time fee of €11.90 including 19% VAT
- a connection to our 24/7 emergency call center for €19.90 including 19% VAT per month

- In case of loss and/or replacement of the SIM card, we charge a one-time fee of €19.90 including 19% VAT.
