The personal emergency signal device (PNG) Life Tel 7 L was specially designed to protect lone workers who work at isolated workplaces in extensive facilities. With its robust design, the Life Tel 7 L represents a smartphone particularly suitable for outdoor use, especially in combination with the app for lone worker protection.
The management of the Life Tel 7 L emergency call is in your hands – whether by the gatekeeper, the internal security department, or your own control center. Alternatively, you also have the option to use an external 24-hour emergency call service. This service should be able to receive and process calls and SMS, as they may occasionally transmit GPS coordinates. If necessary, the 24-hour service of one of our cooperation partners is also available to you.

The Life Tel 7 L sends an alarm based on predefined settings when immobility is detected. If the Life Tel 7 L detects an irregularity, a pre-alarm is triggered first. If this pre-alarm is not turned off by the user, because the user may be unconscious, the alarm is forwarded to a self-defined number or a control center. The respective contact person then tries to establish voice contact with the injured person; if this is not possible because the affected person is no longer able to respond, action must be taken.
If the lone worker is active in open terrain, the person's position can be transmitted via GPS tracking so that emergency doctors, fire brigade, etc. can be notified and take action. An action plan should be in place so that the injured person can be helped within the shortest possible time in case of emergency.
The working person wears the Life-Tel 7 L on the upper arm and triggers an alarm in an emergency via the lone worker protection app, notifying up to six phone numbers by SMS and/or call. This also happens if the person is unable to do so themselves (involuntary alarm). A manual (voluntary) alarm is triggered by the working person with just one button press.
With the help of the self-developed emergency app of the Life-Tel 7 L, the person in distress is found immediately and can be cared for as quickly as possible.
The red SOS button on the Life-Tel 7 L is used for immediate alarm activation by the user. After a simple press, the Life-Tel immediately sends alarms to three preprogrammed numbers. The alarms are sent as SMS and/or call.
The rest alarm monitors whether the user is moving. If no movement is detected after a self-definable time because the person is incapacitated, the device triggers a pre-alarm, indicated visually and acoustically. If the person does not move again within the pre-alarm duration, the Life-Tel 6 triggers the alarm and notifies the preset phone numbers via SMS and/or call.
The Life-Tel 7 L monitors the device’s position using a position sensor. If the wearer deviates more than 45 degrees from the preset position for a defined period, the Life-Tel 7 L triggers a pre-alarm. If the person does not return to the set angle range within the pre-alarm duration (e.g., due to unconsciousness), the Life-Tel 7 L triggers the alarm and notifies the preset phone numbers via SMS and/or call.
With the time alarm, the Life-Tel 7 L signals at defined times or intervals by blinking the large buttons and an acoustic signal. By pressing any button, the user confirms that everything is okay. If no confirmation is received, the Life-Tel triggers the alarm and notifies the preset phone numbers via SMS and/or call.
This alarm reacts to frantic movements, such as those during an escape. After the pre-alarm, the Life-Tel 7 L triggers the alarm and notifies the preset phone numbers via SMS and/or call.
Alternative to escape alarm – if an escape alarm is not expected at work but the risk of falls is significantly high, the alarm in case of a fall serves as an alternative.
Set who is notified when and with what information. You can manage the emergency call yourself or use the 24-hour service of one of our certified cooperation partners.
