Senior Tel as an emergency call device for the nursing service

Senior-Tel is equipped with an intercom system through which the employee can speak to you without you having to press a button or pick up a telephone receiver. You can then speak directly to the employee at headquarters. Describe your situation and tell what happened.
If you do not (or cannot) answer, the control center will forward your emergency call directly to an internal nursing service or the rescue service.

It is a great advantage that the center has current and complete information about illnesses, medications you are taking and your general state of health. These are transmitted to the rescue team in the event of an emergency call. The specialists then know immediately and can prepare suitable relief measures in advance.

Of course, you can also use Senior-Tel as a mobile emergency call system.
To do this, you need to take the senior phone with you, either in a bag or hanging around your neck. Here too, you wear the mobile transmitter, which immediately triggers an alarm in the control center when you press a button. The Senior-Tel has a fall sensor that automatically sounds an alarm if the wearer falls, including in the event of fainting or limited mobility.

By pressing the key sequence 1-1-2, the Seniortel dials the emergency number 112. This means that the user can also receive help in an emergency if none of the three numbers can be reached.

The Senior Tel Plus with emergency call button

Senior-Tel Plus consists of a base station and an additional small transmitter that you carry with you at all times, for example on your wrist like a watch. The transmitter (emergency call button) is housed in a waterproof housing so that you don't have to take it off in the shower or when washing up.
The transmitter is equipped with an emergency alarm button that you simply press in the event of an accident or other problem. It then transmits a signal to the Senior-Tel Plus, which then immediately dials one or more previously saved telephone numbers. Theoretically, this could be a neighbor  or a relative who lives nearby. However, it is better to have an emergency call center that is staffed 24 hours a day. If your emergency call comes in, the control center employee will first try to clarify the situation.
