Senior-Tel is equipped with an intercom system through which the employee can speak to you without you having to press a button or pick up a telephone receiver. You can then speak directly with the employee at the headquarters. Describe your situation and tell what happened.

Senior Tel Variants

The Senior Tel Plus with emergency call button

Senior-Tel Plus consists of a base station and additionally a small transmitter that you carry with you at all times, for example on your wrist like a watch. The transmitter (emergency call button) is housed in a waterproof case so that you do not have to take it off even while showering or washing dishes.
The transmitter is equipped with an emergency alarm button that you can simply press in case of an accident or other problem. It then sends a signal to the Senior-Tel Plus, which immediately dials one or more previously stored phone numbers. This could theoretically be a neighbor or a relative living nearby. However, it is better to have a 24-hour staffed emergency call center. When your emergency call is received there, the staff member at the center will first try to clarify the situation.
