Senior Tel / Q / Plus / Plus GPS / Max
An emergency call system for your own home ensures more security in old age or for people with physical or mental disabilities. In emergencies, they inform a neighbor, close relative or the nursing or rescue service automatically or at the push of a button. Help can be called quickly and the situation can be resolved without delay.
Senior-Tel consists of a base station and a small transmitter that you always carry with you, on your wrist like a watch.
The transmitter (emergency call button) is housed in a waterproof housing so that you do not have to put it down in the shower or when washing up.
The transmitter is equipped with an emergency alarm button that you simply press in the event of an accident or other problem. Then it sends a signal to Senior-Tel 1, which then immediately dials one or more previously stored telephone numbers. In theory, this could be a neighbor or relatives living nearby, but an emergency call center that is manned 24 hours a day is better.
If your emergency call comes in, the head office employee will first try to clarify the situation.
Senior-Tel 1 is equipped with an intercom system that the employee can use to speak to you without you having to press a button or pick up a telephone receiver. You can then speak directly to the employee at the head office. Describe your situation and tell what happened.
If you cannot (or cannot) answer, the control center forwards your emergency call directly to an internal nursing service or the ambulance service.
Here it is of great advantage that the head office has current and complete information on illnesses, medication taken and your general state of health.
These are transmitted to the rescue team in the event of an emergency call. The specialists then know immediately and can prepare suitable aid measures in advance.
Of course you can also use Senior-Tel 1 as a mobile emergency call system.
To do this, you need to take Senior-Tel 1 with you, either in a bag or around your neck. Here, too, you wear the mobile transmitter, which immediately triggers an alarm in the control center when you press a button. Senior-Tel 1 has a fall sensor that automatically sounds the alarm if the wearer falls, i.e. also in the event of fainting or limited mobility. As an option, you can also get Senior-Tel 1 with a GPS receiver, which enables the patient to be precisely located by the control center.
So you are not only protected in your own four walls, but also on the go.
Radio range to the base station approx. 50m in buildings.
