The Seniortel enables people with severe limitations due to age or disability to communicate mobile with relatives or caregivers at the push of a button.
Store a phone number on each of the three number buttons, which the user can call directly with a simple press. Whether the user wants to quickly reach someone in an emergency or just make a call – the Seniortel establishes the connection easily. When developing the Seniortel, we placed the highest value on the simplest operation, which works without a number pad or menus.

In emergencies, you automatically or at the push of a button notify a neighbor, close relative, or the nursing or emergency service. Automatic call acceptance in hands-free mode
If the user is unable to answer calls independently, activate the automatic call acceptance before handing over the Seniortel. The Seniortel will then automatically answer incoming calls and switch to hands-free mode simultaneously.

The integrated hands-free mode can also be easily activated by the user during the call with the push of a button.
Senior Tel as an emergency device for the nursing service
Senior-Tel is equipped with an intercom system that allows the staff to speak with you without you having to press a button or pick up a telephone receiver. You can then speak directly with the staff at the control center, describe your situation, and explain what happened.
If you do not (or cannot) respond, the control center forwards your emergency call directly to an internal nursing service or the emergency medical service.
It is a great advantage that the control center has current and complete information about illnesses, medications taken, and your general health condition. This information is transmitted to the rescue team during an emergency call. The professionals are then immediately informed and can prepare appropriate assistance measures in advance.
112 Emergency Call
By pressing the key sequence 1-1-2, the Seniortel dials the emergency number 112. This ensures that the user receives help in an emergency, even if none of the three numbers are reachable.

The Senior Tel Plus with emergency call button
Senior-Tel Plus consists of a base station and an additional small transmitter that you carry with you at all times, for example on your wrist like a watch. The transmitter (emergency call button) is housed in a waterproof case so you don’t have to take it off even in the shower or while washing dishes.
The transmitter is equipped with an alarm button for emergencies, which you simply press in case of an accident or other problem. It then sends a signal to the Senior-Tel Plus, which immediately dials one or more previously stored phone numbers. This could theoretically be a neighbor or a relative living nearby. However, it is better to have a 24-hour emergency call center. When your emergency call is received there, the staff first tries to clarify the situation.

Senior Tel Max: with microphone, speaker, and remote control for bedridden individuals - your key to barrier-free communication
The Senior Tel Max was specially developed to enable elderly people who are bedridden due to their health to communicate easily and effortlessly. With a built-in microphone and speaker, this phone offers a convenient way to stay connected without requiring physical movement or effort. It allows them to maintain social contacts, talk with family members and friends, and receive support in emergencies.
Senior Tel Max: The Senior Tel Max is equipped with a first-class speaker and microphone that ensure every word is heard clearly and distinctly.
Senior Tel GPS: with GPS reception
Optionally, you can also get the Senior-Tel with a GPS receiver that allows the central unit to precisely locate the patient. This means you are protected not only within your own four walls but also on the go. Radio range to the base station approx. 50m indoors.

For operation, you need:
a) a standard, active SIM card. No data plan, only SMS and calls.
b) sufficient battery power and network reception.
